Do not bother going here... they never restock/ reorder anything we go their for anymore. They never re-order falcon coils or top selling juices. They say they're doing the best they can, but how is that true when they literally have been out of everything we used to get from there since April/May. These people obviously don't know how to keep loyal customers. Never going here again and would not recommend anyone to come here. They won't have what you need and their customer service is horrible. Waste of business space.

During this pandemic I called this store asking if they have a coil in stock telling the guy the exact coil I need and he said he couldn't tell me unless I bring it in and he could see it. I even gave him the brand and series number on the coil and he wouldn't help. He kept insisting that i have to come into the store so he could see the coil. So I asked if I could have his phone number so I could send him a picture of the coil because I've been running around trying to find this coil because no other store has it. BUT NO HE SAID HE WOULD RATHER NOT GIVE ME HIS NUMBER EVEN THOUGH A PANDEMIC IS GOING ON. HE IS FORCING ME TO COME INTO THE STORE NOT KNOWING IF IT IS EVEN IN STOCK. So very mad about it. I've been sold the wrong coil the last 2 times so I got all the information he needed because I've had so many problems buying the wrong coil and this guy told me I would HAVE to come into the store.

Wow! Almost passed up this vape shop since they are a little out of my way and am so glad I decided to visit them. They were the ONLY vape shop to actually have the replacement pod I was looking for in stock. I had called 4 other stores previous to them and had looked online to get a feel for cost. Remarkably Vapor Trend also charged a better price for my item! The service was fantastic, and staff knowledgable. They pointed out the two big sales they had going and I took advantage of the 2 for 1 puff bars and an amazingly affordable deal on some premium CBD product. Hands down best prices and great selection. I am not sure about socializing there but they have a huge vape bar available if you want. One of the biggest I've seen. I am definitely putting Vapor Trend as a first stop for me based on purchase price and actually having the products in stock to buy. This was a trip I am so glad I made and I am going back soon for more. Check them out! You will be one satisfied vaper! Awesome!
