Purchased my 1st vape here today. As this place was recommended to me from 2 different friends. Service was great. They helped set up my vape and which juice to pick. Wish I would've gotten the guys name. They also helped me save about $20. Will be returning once I run out of juice or just want to switch flavors. Thanks again guys.

I bought a LoKey a few weeks ago and LOVED it. Came back last week and bought a second unit and it stopped heating. Gonna take it back and see if they can help, so my 5 star rating is PENDING. Stuff like this (returns and exchanges) make or break a business' reputation. I'll update as soon as I leave the store, but I have high hopes. UPDATE: Wasn't able to return YET because I didn't have a receipt (which Mike offered me when I bought it, but I declined) so I have to figure out exactly WHEN I bought it, then they will send it back for a replacement. Still hoping to get this fixed. Still happy with their service. Mike was happy to help and even sold me an inexpensive pen for the time being.
