DID NOT LIKE THE YOUNG KID. IM ASSUMING ITS THE OWNERS SON. RICK THE OTHER GUY KNEW WHAT I WANTED... THIS KID KEPT CHALLENGING ME ABOUT THE COIL...I KEPT TELLING HIM THE OTHER GUY KNEW WHAT I WANTED...HE EVEN QUESTIONED RICK...I SAID FINALLY...'IM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE' HE SAID... 'OK'...HE DIDNT SAY SORRY OR HOW CAN I MAKE IT BETTER FOR YOU.... NOTHING... SO THATS WHY IM TYPING THIS SERIOUS COMPLAINT...BECAUSE THIS COMPANY LOST A CUSTOMER...RICK WAS ALWAYS A RESPECFUL PERSON. THE OTHER GUY NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND GROWING UP TO DO... .
