Awesome Shop! Needed an emergency fill to my tank because I ran out, happened to be in the area, and Doc took care of me! Excellent service and it got me home...thanks Doc, I'll be back when I'm ready to give up my stick batteries! 🤣🤣

Huge inventory. They most likely have anything you're looking for in stock, if they don't their sister company a few minutes away does. Well lit, clean, sharp, well educated staff, open late. A great example of what a vape shop should look like. Thanks to the rasta fella that helped me find what I needed, he even called the owner while he was at their distributor to place a last minute special order no extra charge.

Do not buy vision spinner II, they are fake and they know it the kid at the counter told me "the manager knows we got some clones " but I can not exchange it, because it has been over 2 weeks, WTH, I am taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau,if it gets resolved, I will change my rating to 5 stars, which they always have been in my book, I have been their loyal customer for 4 years and they know it, even though it change ownership I stayed with them and happy to see their business grow, but today they kicked me in the butt, arrivederci, that's it

Had to get my glass replaced on my tank and the staff member was very friendly and nice. They have their own juice that's pretty good for the price. Recommended!!!

Bought my Vapor pen last month and I love it! I bought a vision spinner and so far haven't really had any problems with it even though I have dropped it several times. I am very rough on electronics and other devices so the fact that it has survived me this long I am happy. They have a huge selection of different flavors and nicotine levels. They also have a try before you buy type of deal and if you don't have your own battery you can borrow theirs. They have a nice display on their tables with tester batteries and tanks with all their flavors. The person I spoke too was very helpful and answered any of the questions I had about the device. They have a military discount too when I went. I loved this place and will go back, have checked out other vapor shops in the area and am most impressed by this place.

Excellent selection. Great staff. Well set-up tasting bar. Comfortable couches and good music. Decent prices and 60 day battery warranty. The products they sell are authentic except for some mods which are "clones" however they are up-front about this.

Mixed review: house brand price inconsistancy, however they do call you when orders are in. You never know if your going to spend 16 or 22 dollars on house brands, and that is what I don't like. A house brand should never costs more than major brands....just my opinion. Some staff are great, and some are lacking personal skills. Not the best place, but not the worst. As of now, this is not my go to place, even though it's closer. I'd rather drive 45 mins to find consistent pricing and consistent good customer service.

I have been to the shop a few times. Each time that I have been there, the staff was very helpful, extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I also call in my orders and they are awesome! I experienced a problem with my Vape and they handled it right away. I got nothing but satisfaction! Y'all are doing great! If you want great Juice, this is the place to go! I've only had great experiences at the store! Every single time I drop by, they are quick to greet me and offer any assistance I need. Their product knowledge far surpasses most of the vape shops in town. They have a great selection of juices, including their own store branded flavors. I've been vaping for about 6 years now and this is the place I take my business to time and time again. Thanks guys, see you soon!
