This is the ONLY vape store I will use in all of San Antonio. We move frequently and are forced to find new reliable stores, which can truly be stressful and frustrating. I tried a few other shops, but felt the interaction was rather forced and cold. That was not the case here. The associates, specifically Selena, took the time to figure out my likes and dislikes, pinpoint my goals, and frequency of use. I've never been "sold" an item I didn't need, and have experienced nothing short of amazing customer service. I've been able to cut down my use and nicotine level without a problem! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming! I cannot recommend this store enough.

Monster Vape has a large variety of vapors you can try, for a dollar, and a helpful staff. Your dollar gets you the choice to try ten flavors, and you use theit pen. They also have a large variety of devices to use. Worth a stop, and my one stop shop.

My new home for vaping needs. It’s a really relaxed, comfortable and clean atmosphere, the ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. It took me some time to pick what flavor I would like the suggestions for flavors were right on- she was very patient with me while I took my time trying each flavor out & trying them over again to be exactly sure it was the right for me. Then she taught me how to fill my new aspirePocketX. So as not to overfill, over-tighten or burn the coil. Good prices. I recommend them to everyone who wants to quit smoking or vapes. 😊

I came in to buy some 60ml beard 32 and some coils, they told me I could get 2, 30ml of this line their discontinuing for 19.99 so I decided to do that. I then get in my car and see they charged me 24.99 (the same price as the beard 32 I wanted to begin with!) (The juices were also covered in sticky stuff) I immidiately walk back inside and ask why i was charged the same amount as the one i wanted to begin with and the same guy who just lied to me tells me all juice sales are final. I had to call the police just to try and get what I asked for. I will NEVER come back to this store and I WARN ANYONE FROM COMING HERE!! IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH SHADY BUSINESS IN MY LIFE!!
