Was a loyal customer of vapor shots for as long as I can remember. Today they didn’t refund or exchange a faulty bottle of juice they sold me. Was shocked that they needed a receipt when I’ve been such a loyal customer. Awful business etiquette and won’t be back.

I seriously love this place! Every employee is so so friendly, you’re greeted as soon as you walk thru the door. They also know their stuff & can answer just about any question you may have. Great selection of vapes & a huge selection of vape juice as well. Very happy i found them since moving to Royse City. I have been to many vape shops & they were just blah...the employees acted as if they didn’t want to be there or help customers, let alone know anything about any products or vapes in general. So Vapor Shots is definitely refreshing & i will visit them any & every time i need vape products.
