My wife went in to buy a coil the lady behind the register was exceptionally rude did not want to assist at all and at 1 point took 6 different boxes of coils and put them down on the table for my wife to browse through since my wife didn't know the exact name of the one she wanted . When my wife said she could open her mod and find out exactly what she needed the lady behind the Counter wouldn't even acknowlege that my wife was talking to her. The one in Waxahachie is very friendly and very nice but we won't be back to the 1 in red oak

Called to verify product availability and the woman who answered was very unprofessional and rude. Put the address into Apple Maps and it took me to a empty field off 35. Called again to verify address was correct and the same woman answered, again she was very rude and not helpful whatsoever to assist me in finding the store. I ended up going elsewhere.

The first 2 ladies I spoke with at this business was amazing and I purchased over $180 here with this purchase. When I got home one of the cartridges out of the 4 I purchased did not work and i called and informed the ladies i spoke to about it and they ask me to come in the next day to talk to the owner and he would take care of me. I understand the whole covid19 thing is going on but I'm huge on customer service and he was less than pleasant with me the next day and I will not be shopping here again. He didnt want to interact and didnt mind selling faulty products. I wasnt happy at all after I left here the 2nd time.
