The employee there dumped my whole pot of juice out on the counter and told me that the reason my coil is burnt it’s because I’m using the wrong one, Even though a few days earlier she told me to use that coil. Very unhappy I would not recommend to anyone. I never got reimbursement for the product that they ruined. Worst place to go when trying quitting cigarettes.

Man I had a great experience here with Ann Marie! She answered every question I had and she also had a a great attitude. A lot of times people don’t show a lot of attention to the customers and I didn’t expect the attention I was given. She definitely impressed me and I would go back to deal with her in a heartbeat. I highly recommend cloud town and their staff provides EXCELLENT service!
