Went in today for a new tip, I’ve been in a few times and the service has always been top notch but Naynay has been amazing every time. She’s helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell. Even bought a second vape today with her help. She’s amazing! Love this shop and the staff.

This is an unprofessional shop you want to message my girlfriend and ban me from the store just because I gave y’all a bad review. If y’all want to continue to be supposedly the best shop in town y’all shouldn’t ban someone because of a bad review. I had employees bad mouth me. Not be professional to customers I was constantly seeing when a customer walked out they talked bad mouthed about them or they would get a call and talk bad about the call. Very unprofessional on their parts. Wouldn’t recommend this shop for anyone. The owner contacted my girlfriend and talked to her very unprofessionally via Facebook Messenger.

*Update* Apparently leaving a bad review on their Facebook will get you harassed online as well as in person if they find out where you work. Be very careful with what you say at this shop. Been here a couple times just because I didn’t feel like driving 15min to my favorite place. House juices are inconsistent, kind of unprofessional with the flavor testing (taste the liquid on my finger at a shop, really?), and the workers gossip about how they purposely screw with customers’ juices if they don’t like them. A girl there also sold me a coil out of the package and assured me it would be fine (which granted, I should’ve known better) and of course it burnt out the first day. Their deals are okay, but nothing I can’t get somewhere else.
