This is the top vape shop in the United States in my opinion. I've never left there not satisfied with the stores employees, products, knowledge, and customer service here is second to none! Just today I was helped by two of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and nicest people I've ever met. I won't say their proper names but we'll call them Edgar Allan Poe and Rye Bread. They deserve a raise and possibly a parade in their honor as well. Nothing to fancy. Back to serious talk though every single person that works there is as awesome as they are and the employees are the reason that not only is this the only Vape Shop I patron, I drive 2 hours to do it.

Most professional and amazing place ever. Truly on the forefront of helping people quit smoking in a safe informative way. Their juice is super clean and they seem to operate with pharmacy grade standards! I will never purchase from anywhere else... Oh and their juice is the best ever!

Everything is great about this place other than the hours seem to suck... everytime I need something, I go there and its closed... partially my fault for not checking, but who thought I'd have to check to see if they are open at 7 PM! I would think most people are going in before or after work

I really want to be a loyal customer. The shop is close to my house, the shop is nice inside, the people seem to be friendly. Unfortunately, this is the most expensive place in town. $35 for a 120mL bottle of house juice, $22 for a 60mL is steep. I can drive 3 miles up the same street and get premium juices for 40% less. On top of that, they don't restock fast enough. I have bought two flavors of premium juice from them and have been back 4 times since and they were out of both of them (they were not clearance juices). On top of all of that, they expect you to tip the workers. They don't have a tip jar, that's understandable and should be available for exceptional service, instead when you pay with a card the worker asks you to select a tip amount. I know it's optional, but it's awkward and uncomfortable when I just waited 10 minutes to pay $5 more for juice than everywhere else in town to then be asked to tip someone who simply opened a cabinet and handed me what I asked for. I'm new in town, so maybe I'm expecting too much, but if this is how vape shops in Lubbock operate I may have to start ordering supplies online.
