Pros and Cons; Cons first so you know what you are walking into; Cons: They don't give you exactly what you ask for. The product is MADE IN CHINA (exception to some mouthpieces.) They treat you like cash, no passion, only for your money. Their juice are horrible and overprice. Lines are long and only 2 checkout stations. No one to help you with the juice choices. They do not explain the product, how to utilize it, or what to expect. SAD ... Pro: They stand behind their warranty and they will honour it, and maybe a little bit of customer service ......maybe ( MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT) All and all, I went there twice and never again. I would recommend you research and know your product (hardware) before you walk in there. There are tons of forum on e-cig you can read. Juices, I would recommend The Vapor Zone or Vapor Dudes (google it). Cheaper juice, great service, great price. Awesome atmosphere. GOOD LUCK

This place actually gave me counterfeit Rafale coils and charged me the full price of authentic coils. Real Rafale coils come with a slip of paper with a counterfeit-proof code in tube; these did not. They used to sell the real ones with the paper slip but magically once fasttech started carrying fakes, they stopped selling the real ones. I figured they would be authentic, like the first time, so I didn't check until I got home. Never coming back. I'll just buy the fakes online for less than half the price you sell them for ($7.93 for a 4 pack on fasttech) Also don't forget their sub-par juice is 15 dollars for 30mL. You can get 120mL online for the same price with however much extra flavor you want (oasisvape). They all use the same flavor distributors anyways. You still think the ROI on those fake coils was worth it now, Dragonfly?

Let me tell y'all I've had a few ok experiences at dragonfly but since I've met Jared man this place is top notch. I just give a call and let him know what I need and he gets it handled before I get there. I know there's a lot of vap stores between Gainesville and Lewisville but I'm now dedicated to them I'll drive the 2 1/2 hour round-trip to see them. Thx Jared you and dragonfly are hands down the best!!!!!!

Walked in to the Lewisville location, nobody ever acknowledge us. The 2 guys behind the counter were arguing with a customer. They asked the customer "what do you want us to do", the customers response was simple... He just wanted the item he purchased to work. They told him there was nothing they could do in the most condescending way possible! We won't be back

These guys truly love what they do and it shows not only through the product knowledge but from the outstanding 1 to 1 customer service they provide as well. I've personally made the mistake of spending both money and time at other vaping stores across DFW and never ended up regretting it until I found this place. Normally don't take the time to write a review about a place (unless my experience was horrid), but if this review does anything to actually help them out them out in return for how they helped me then it was time well spent.
