Terrible!! Low on stock. Hardly any selection. The people who work behind the counter know absolutely nothing about what they are selling. Probably won't be in business very long. Better off to order on line. I only gave it one star because they don't have anything lower.

Thoughtful and knowledgeable staff, Veteran discounts and an excellent array of products. I stopped in to purchase an 18650 battery for my mod and the lady was extremely courteous and knew her stuff. I highly recommend them.

Please don’t be a customer that shows up a minute before closing, and expect to browse, and for the system to be online. If the employee is getting a call from the boss to close, it’s gotta mean he’s been there way past close, and some customers are not considerate towards that. That being said, this is such a great little vape store, with such a positive vibe, and great prices! The house juice selection is amazing! I’ve already gone through a whole bottle of Coil Sauce! I can go on a tight budget and get something great for myself from their house or sale basket! Not only is the store clean, organized, and full of employees that know what they're doing, it's definitely run by a good team of people. If you want something good for you - it's this place and their sister location. Treat them right, because they got some great people working there, and if you don't, shame on you. I know their policy, I respect it, as much as I respect the kind, helpful employees here!

This shop has some cool items, but the service was horrible. The guy working there on Sunday 06/16/19 had a negative attitude and did not appear to want to attend 3 of us customers. He got a phone call from what we could hear was a female on the other end, who was telling him to hurry up and close, and instead of attending us who had arrived there prior to the last customer who arrived, he told us that he could not attend us or sell us anything because he was already closed. We were not rude towards him, and waited for him to ask us about what we wanted to purchase, but that never happened. Its a shame that this store appears to have good products, but the customer service is very poor.

This place is such a great environment! All the workers here are extremely helpful, friendly, and I can see they care deeply for the place they work for. It's always clean and neatly organized. Their selection of vaporizers and juices are extensive, as well as their CBD section. There is much to choose from! They recommended Heisenberg menthol, and I've been in love with it since!
