Good service until I placed an online order. Waited by the house for 3 days waiting to sign the delivery verification only to discover that my order was cancelled by DFW. No e-mail sent notifying me of the cancellation. E-mailed the company as to why and was informed they had an internal error. I believe that it was because I had stacked discounts and they did not like it. I will be purchasing my supplies elsewhere after being with this company since they opened the store in Harlingen.

Was good in the beginning. Management was supposed to order me coils and even offered to pay in advance. He said no! First come first serve but would let me know when they arrive. Has been months and never received a call! He is rude to my family and even told my son to leave that he was loitering when supposed to be able to chill. expensive in there as well. Will sell ya a mod then when ya need something is no longer available and have to buy a new one. Won't go back and I have spent thousands in that store! No ppl skills. And if your even older with no ID. Forget it! He won't even let you in even if they know you. Everything in the store is replaceable but your customers are not. No respect no service from me.
