I am impressed at how clean the shop is and organized. This was not the first time I have been in and it always in clean, organized and I am treated with respect. Which is nice considering my age is older than most of the people coming in. I use my mod with 0 juice and Katie was nice enough to help me understand how to use it. One thing i will say is the shop is Staffed with different personalities so I think that is a wonderful idea. If you get someone that doesn't suit you to help you understand what you need. maybe visit with one of the other Staff Members.

The female who works here, acts like she would just rather me just leave. SO RUDE. I only went there once when I was desperate. The last time ever. If you want good juice with friendly courteous people go to wickedly hot vapors. There’s one in Plano and there’s one in Richardson. I drive all the way over there to get all my ECig needs....

All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are average to the industry. Store front is clean and well organized. House juices look professional and has a wide selection of flavors.

Don't expect them to honor their 60 day warranty on devices. Mine lasted 3 weeks and almost blew up in my pocket and all they offered was a discount on another one. Their juice is horrible also. I spent almost $80 in there and I wish I hadn't spent a dime there. everything I bought went in the trash.
