Terrible service employees don’t know their product well enough to give proper direction to first time vapors. I bought a vapor stick that didn’t work and they still wanted me to pay for it but at the end they did replace. Could be a very nice business but it’s seems as if money may be a little short for the goal of the store. Good luck fellas.

Went in with my husband because his vape wasn’t working and Terrell had no open vape stores. We figured he either needed a new vape or new batteries. The guy working was very knowledgeable and he tinkered with it for a good 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and we were spared having to buy a single thing for it. Very good customer service!! We were so happy with the service that we even went ahead and bought myself a new vape as mine was outdated. Will definitely be back
