Love these guys! Both myself and my husband have been customers for years and have been to this location the most. Excellent customer service. They actually created a flavor just for each of us. They are very knowledgeable of their products. They look and fix the units if they can or help to get the perfect units for me each time if needed.

short form. Vaping for years use many different vape shops purchased more than 30 rigs over the years. Went to by the new 5 batt mod, and requested five 3500 mah Batt. Got a Defective mod and the wrong batts. went back the next day and was told that they would buy back the batts that i paid $75 for that are wrong i might add. they said they would by them back for $25 even though it was a mistake on them. Was also told to leave the day old mod with them but most likely they would not give me another one.the staff at the counter even did not understand why the management would not just give me what i paid for. I usually get my juice from Bombay Vapor cause they know what they are talking about. Now i get everything from bombay vapor because they have a clue on how to treat customers the owner is actually on site and very attentive and has always given sound advice. Save your self the trouble. stay away from bullys vapor. the owner has no clue of customer service. How do i know you ask. I run a multi Million dollar company.

Way over priced. I've tried probably 6-7 different e-juice and everyone was horrible. Would not recommend!! Plus they're inventory is pretty weak.

The staff and service is excellent and is a great pit stop for emergency hardware/coils. Decent selection of hardware at competitive prices. The reason for the ratings is the poor quality and horrible house blends and lines of premiums. They would rock if they got their juices right and sold finer premiums.
