I love this place! Zack and Fabian were great! They spent tons of time with us and helped us pick a mod and juice! They went over the pros and cons of internal and external batteries and taught me lots of stuff I didn’t even know I needed to know. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this store. Some of the best customer service you can get at a vape store. They're always polite and very helpful. The store opens at 9 which is great and they have a wide range of flavor options. Anderson and Fabian are especially awesome! I spilled coffee on myself at the start of my day and stopped in to pick up juice and they were so nice to me, even with my coffee covered pants. Good people everytime.

A very disappointing experience today at 7:10 Vapors. I went in today to buy coils And juice. I was shot out the sky once twice 3 and 4 times. I tried 4 times to pick a juice in the nicotine strength level that I wanted and they had none. I'm not sure why but it seems to be a reoccurring issue at this particular location. All I wanted was some juice. But because of their inability to keep different nicotine levels stocked. I was on my way out of Dallas to to a a job that will not have the ability to stop anywhere else the rest of the day. So after 8 years of not smoking I had to stop at the closest gas station and pick up a pack of cigarettes. Thank you 710 Vapors. I will be happy to remove the posted something is done to rectify the situation

I absolutely adore this Vape shop. The fellas are always nice regardless who is working. They take their time with you, and I never feel rushed regardless if I spend 5 or 20 minutes here. Let's also talk about their selection of juices and affordable prices! I started out across the street at Artisan, but this establishment is so much better as they are not looking to overprice their customers on juice and mods for financial gain. I'd reccomend to any existing individual in the vape community, or anyone looking for a setup. Genuine people here!

I went to 710 to get a new vape, since my first one (the drop) broke on me. :( Zach helped me buy my new one (the breeze) and he was AMAZING. I went to get new filters and Fabian helped me understand the different liquids. I literally haven't experienced better customer service ANYWHERE. They are literally the best group of people that sell you something. They have my loyalty and whomever is managing them needs to know that they have a great staff. They don't rush you or try to sell you something you don't need. They'll literally spend as much time they need to with you to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. Choose 710. Make the drive if you're further out. The experience is worth it. Thank you Zach and Fabian. You rock.

Johnathan went out of his way to call his boss and make sure i was completely happy with my purchase and he did not have to at all. Awesome prices on juices. Half the cost of what artisan vapors charges for the same juice. Price of coils are high at $6pc for baby coils and replacement glass is 3 times more expensive then artisan. But all the guys are awesome, they offer free bottles after so many purchases and always have my juice in stock when most places dont. I highly recommend them (just not on cool prices.. I can get a 5 pack of the same ones they sell at the 711 by my house for $16 with tax.. at 710 vapors they sell them by the piece so each at 6 dollars is $30 for a 5 pack that 711 charges $16 for and artisan charges $18 with tax.) Other than that, great place!

What a great little shop! All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the store just has a great vibe. Ruben is the man to see for vapes and liquids. He will take the time to make sure you leave happy. And, the store has a great assortment of glass and accessories at every price point. Something for everyone.
