The staff here is super nice and they've got a nice small area here to hang out and play some pool. The prices are good but not as good as some other shops that makes their own chemicals which usually brings the price down a little lower

Been going here for years (not that often). I bought this, started to open the package and noticed the glass was cracked in the back, you can't see the back unless you remove some of the packaging. But anyway I went to return it expecting not to be able too return it because I didn't have the receipt. Well when I said I bought this and it was cracked and I hadent taken it out of the package, the owner said she would never let something leave her store broken so it must of been my fault. Ok well maybe it was my fault but it's also very possible I purchased it broken and no one noticed....Because it was in a package that you can't see through... I thought I was talking to the manager but figured I'd ask, me-" you're the manager right?" Her "No I'm actually the owner have a nice day" she just had such a bad attitude. She used to be really nice but now she acts like a spoiled teenager. It didn't bother me till I got in my car, I never got mad or argued with her, idk why she treated me that way. It's ok to have a bad day but don't take it out on customers! (It's normally the other way around lol) I'd say I'd never go back there again but I'll probably forget about her and go back. Hopefully whenever I do go back she go's back to being nice, but she's like a totally different person, so cocky and condescending. Also I liked the name smoking crow more...
