The customer service was outstanding! As a new "vaper" they answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I love the casual setting. I was able to relax and be myself in their casual setting. Unlike some of the other uptight shops in town!

Very professional staff, extremely knowledgeable about their products. My husband just recently starting vaping and they were so helpful explaining everything to him. If you want good customer service and great prices this is THE vape shop!

Every time I have been in this store I have spent $150-$200. And literally every time I've been, the customer service SUCKS. The first mod I bought I wasn't even asked if I knew how to use it or what I was doing with it. And of course I explained that to them whenever I walked into the door and told him I was trying to quit smoking cigarettes. I knew nothing about vaping at all. But I do know about customer service. And this place is seriously lacking. Since then I've bought another mod from them. Again upon purchasing the second mod I, was not shown anything about it or told any key information about it. I had to do every bit of research about how to use it on my own. Every time I go to this place it seems like it's a hassle to get the people that work there to do their jobs. They treat you like you're in the way. Ridiculous. Fed up and won't be back.

Overpriced! It should not cost $18 for a 30ml house blend. Also,the house flavors taste bland.
