Amazing customer service great communication and very helpful and went above and beyond the warranty to help me out after I called and talked to them I came in spoke with an employee and was referred to the boss he was kind and helpful I greatly appreciated how willing to help he was

Just called about the mod I bought cause since I’ve had it I have gone through 5 coils since February 20,2018 and he is gonna say I have sensitive taste buds or don’t know how to prime the coils... I will take my business to HOT vapes and plus they are over priced

Staff is friendly and the prices are great. They offer military discounts and various other offers throughout the week. With that said, the last few times I've been here, the 3 young guys working were vaping TOO much. Obviously it's going to happen, it's a vape shop but as soon as I walked in my eyes immediately turned red and watered. I had a hard time seeing the flavor board. If that's going to be a continual thing, at least open the front door a bit, get a fan, and/or invest in a good ventilation system. As a fellow vaper, I'm telling you it's a tad much for such a little area.
