(Edit) Gary, my apologies I did not see your response sooner. I only caught it because I was writing a review for another business. I do appreciate you reaching out to me and agree it was a rather unfortunate encounter. The fact that you did reach out is why I've changed my rating from 1 to 4. I understand you're passionate about your business and business partners so you have to back them (I'd ask the same of my managers, owners, etc). I failed to see accountability which is why I did not give a 5*. Nonetheless your company was good to me and I had zero issues for many years. I believe I read in your response that you all are all veterans and for that I give you a huge Thank You for what you all have done for this country. My dad and uncle both served in Vietnam so if I've disrespected you all in any way please accept my apologies for that as well. I wish your business and family much success in the future.

I love this place, great prices great customer service. It would be nice if their website had a menu of all the vape devices they sell. In my opinion it helps customers know more about which devices are more suitable for them.

Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable employees. Lisa is great. I just moved here, and it's the best place I've found. Great vape flavors too.

This Is The BEST Place To Go. Chris and Her Staff Has Always Been Very Welcoming and Helpful. The Shop Is Very Clean, Everything Is Always Organized. My Mom and I Have Been Going There For Years & We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Them. They Are At The Top Of Their Profession 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
