Very helpful staff! If they didn't know the answer to my question, they would seek it out from other staff or management. Educated me on vaporizer and their upkeep. Awesome flavors to choose from. They also have a reward system that gives you points for purchases. 5 more stars from our visit there yesterday 6/17/18. Shannon was a big help.

I’ve been coming to Tooters since they opened in 2014 and Tasha and Jeremy have simply been the best. Not only is it the friendliest Vape shop I’ve ever been in (including the one I used to work for) but they always take care of my wife and me. The quality of customer service at Tooters is some of the best I’ve ever seen. An online order for my mother-in-law wasn’t processed correctly, so they not only corrected the issue, but sent three times the amount she had ordered. These people are passionate about helping people quit smoking and will do whatever they can to help somebody reach that goal. With all of the house and premium juices they offer, they will be able to help you find the exact flavor that will help you stay away from cigarettes forever.

I've been going to Tooters for a little over a year and I honestly think they're the best vape shop in the city. They have student discounts which really help out. The staff knows what's up and do a good job helping out. Shout out to Austin for being my go to man whenever I got a problem!
