Took my t 660 into have a overhead done and a air leak as well to be fixed. I advised them I will be gone all week and will be back the following weekend. While I was gone they called me and told me I had a hole in my turbo exhaust. This was covered under warranty. They also told me that they fixed the air leak. When I finally went to pick up my truck I noticed the air bags were deflated. The air leak was never fixed. Also they turned off my apu from the switch in side the unit and never cleared the fault code inside the truck so my batteries were dead. One of there mechanics came out to jump of the truck. He tried with 24 volts and it still wouldn't start then he jumped it with 24 volts. Since he did this I have had to replace a battery that basically exploded after a few days and a alternator to my apu. When I took my truck in to start with there were no problems with the batteries as they were almost new. I didnt have any problems with the alternator on the apu as well. Talked to the service manager behind the counter and of course they dont want to be liable for anything. I will never take my truck there again. Very poor service and now I am still dealing with problems with the apu. Nothing was wrong with it till i went to mhc in joplin
