Rude and arrogant. I purchased a bottle that was supposed to taste like pineapple strawberry and watermelon at a four level nicotine. I have been vaping this type of flavor for the last four years at that same nicotine level and the bottle that I was given taste so bad that I’m on the verge of throwing it away. I called the store to let the gentleman know that I wasn’t happy with the product in to ask if they would stand behind it and give me a new one and all he told me he was that’s just the way the juices, even though he makes it up and he created it. I guess I should’ve looked at the Google reviews before I spent my money here

Called a few weeks ago just to ask a question and the guy was very rude. No reason to be rude. I sure wouldn't ever go in there if you can't be nice over the phone.

Bought a 60ML of Lemonade juice and it seems to have water in it as the oil is separating from the water. Tastes terrible. I went back in and explained the situation and asked if he could make me a new bottle. He said he would not without charging me again and that’s just the way the juice is. I have never seen e cig juice with water in it in my life. Very rude customer service.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Good rewards program they just started. Lots of variety for flavors and a good selection of vaporizers. Would highly recommend Yellow Rose to anyone considering quitting cigarettes and vaping.
