This is my go to vape shop for so many reasons. The staff is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to meet my specific questions and needs. I never leave with afterthoughts or regrets in regards to my purchases. I recommend them to all my friends and family. This is the type of shop that when I get here I want to stay and when I have to leave I don’t want to do. .

Came all the way from Margate because this is the only other shop that carries my juice. Found the store closed with a FedEx delivery notice taped to the door. Seems like they haven't been in all day and didn't bother coming in at all. Incredibly frustrating for a store that seems like their line is pretty good. Won't be going back here anytime soon if at all.

I tried to run there on my lunch break because I lost my device and needed to buy a new set up was a sign on the door “Be Back in 15”. Waited 30 minutes and I had to leave.
