I've been going to this shop since I was about eighteen. I have never had an issue with any product or juice they sell. I even went in today (08/02/2018) with my boyfriend because his mod was acting up, and Chris handled it wonderfully. The shop is clean, the staff is wonderful and honest about products, and their juice is always amazing. If you ever stop in try Scooby Snacks, it's so amazing! Thank you guys for having such an amazing shop and wonderful staff.

Went there to buy the mi pod after being giving the incorrect price over the phone and the gentleman honored that price so I thought it was gonna be a great visit... Turns out the guy was more than willing to sell me defective merchandise than hit me with sorry we don't return items I said what he said it's the law I thought he was joking but nope he said I could swap with one that works but only one working was a red one I said can I just get my money back he said no can do.... So to some it up he knew they had defective items because he told me after the fact that he knew some didn't work then proceeded to sell me one without making sure it was functioning then refused to give me my money back he even told me to try to trade it at another vape shop.....top notch swindlers

I love this place. Best customer service. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They really want to help you. The staff really treats you like family. Mel is the best. I love her.

I've found my new vape home. I stopped and received full service. The customer service interaction was absolutely incredible. Chris provided information on different types of mods, vape juice, batteries, etc. His customer service is great! Definitely stop by and check these guys out!
