I came here from cali. Didn't know what to expect, and had already had a bad experience with another shop. Then I found this place! Just wow. The ladies are more than helpful treated me like family knew exactly how to help me, and always have me leaving happy and super satisfied with my purchase. I will never go to another shop again. Best shop in town, and the best service I've ever had. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for always being awesome. I'll get that lasagna to you soon. 😊

I've been a regular to this store for over a year with close to 2k spent. I went in to return a charger given as a gift for store credit (sealed and receipt on phone) . Immediately i was turned down as they were concerned it was tampered with or that they could get burned. I asked for them to take a look and see it was fine but was denied. I also tried to reason with her given I visit the store 2 times a week every week, but that achieved nothing. I would have been fine with any sort of compromise but none was talked about. I concretely asked if losing my business over 20 dollars was worth it and she replied it was and that it was a business decision. I just wanted to trade for a bottle of juice and i was going to buy extra things but I wont be back given such poor treatment. Keep in mind no where in the store does it say no refunds. Piss poor treatment for someone who has given your store multiple return customers.
