The customer service here is awful. Finally worked my way up to a free bottle just for them to change the point system. I call weekly to see if they are updated so I can get a free bottle and I keep getting told it is not there call next week. Not to mention the first time I went there after the point change and ask the guy what happens to my points, first thing he told me was I don't know. Then preceded to move on without looking into it more or helping. Customers don't matter at this place and I can assume that I will never get my free bottle and all the purchases I have made are now just lost. Avoid this place as much as possible if you can, they do not care about their customer at all. I will come back here ever again. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update** I was requested to come back and they fix the issue and apologized for what happened. I thank them for handling it well. I will came back.

Excellent staff! Didnt give me the runaround like the other places did and took time and explained things to me since im new to vaping. Great prices also i left here very happy!

Its gotten less crowded as a result of more and kore people defecting to other shops. I do like the guys that run it and I definitely got a kick out of the hole allowing handguns to be carried inside the business. After awhile though it just kind of became intimidating and because I didn't spend a lot of money or carry a gun and wasn't part of the regular crowd I just kind of got skipped over when it was time to be served and lost hope in the establishment once their prices started going up and they stopped carrying a cheap little tank that I needed for my vape that I like rather than upgrade to new one.

They have decent mods. Prices for house juice were too high. I purchased some only because I ran out from the ones I order. The flavor was very bland. Other than that, they have great customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

Great people who are very knowledgeable about their products with fair prices. I go out of my way as it is definitely not the closest vape shop but I always have a good customer experience and they stand behind their product. I highly recommend them.
