This place is amazing. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything you could ever need/want. I always loved stopping by to get new juice & coils because the friendly atmosphere is so awesome. Some vape shops can be intimidating but not this one! They really want to help! I moving and will miss the whole team. Shoutout to Hannah, Paul, Darrell & more for all the support and smiles! 5 months & no cigarettes thanks to these guys!

Staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention exceptionally knowledgeable. Have never had a bad experience here and I plan to come continue using it as my go-to vape shop. Hannah (forgive me if i misspelled it) always wears a warm smile and is super helpful!

My wife and I got back from vacation and ruined our vapes. They gave us amazing deals, that fit our style of vaping without trying to pressure us into anything beyond what we wanted. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The liquids are of great quality. Highly recommend this store above any other!

DONT BUY DISPOSABLES FROM HERE! got a puff bar and it blinked after one hit. I walked back in the store without leaving the parking lot to tell him it was broken and he said “you’ve been here before you should know our policy is to try the puffs before you leave the store” . I was never told that despite going there countless times. Dude didn’t feel no type of empathy for the fact that I just wasted $12 and was pretty much just trying to get me out of his store.

Unfortunately after going in to the store multiple times, and buying multiple pieces they accused me of lying of my age (keep in mind in 25 with a big beard) when I forgot my ID and asked me to leave the store immediately. Its ridiculous how I was treated at a place that I had started to like. For sure will not be bringing my business here.

The staff at this location is exceptional in all forms. Very knowledgeable quick to answer any and all questions . They never stop impressing me even after years of going to this location I drive from cedar park to oak hill just for the service I receive from them. I will continue doing business with them and only them. What a great establishment!! These guys set the bar very high for all the competition I doubt seriously anybody can compete with this place. Keep up the great work guys !!!!!!!!!
