Miranda is super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a gifted vape I knew jack about and she helped me choose the proper coil for my needs and a juice that best suited my tastes. She also answered all my questions with professional confidence and accuracy. I couldn't have asked to have been better attended by anyone else. This place is fantastic and I will definitely be returning.

The company it self is and always has been top notch. Always has everything one could want or need for all that is vape. But at least one e of the employees needs to learn about retail sales and customer service . Be attentive to the customers needs.

Great customer service, very friendly. Dara helped us try to fix a vape that we didn't even buy there for a while before we realized it it was definitely broken. (Don't buy a Smok it's a waste of money). She wasn't pushy about us buying a new one and was very knowledgeable. 10/10 would come again if we lived in the area

This place has the best prices for e-cig liquid or "vape juice" The house juices are very good and they have a max VG option. This is my go to place.

Don't trust this place. They do not stand behind anything they sell. If you have a problem they will not stand by anything they sell. YOUR SCREWED. Spent almost $200 and when the product fell apart they refused to stand by it. They are also over priced on every item they sell. RUN and find yourself a different place. They sell defective products and don't care about trying to resolve any problems.

I vame here with my bf to get a new glass piece for his vape. It turned out that the piece of glass that he needed they didn't have, but they tried each piece that they thought of and none of them worked. They eneded up returning the glass and giving him a whole new tank for a fraction of the cost. The employees were so nice and gave a lot of support to each and every customer.

So walk in buy coils get home try to apply it and it does not fit. its the right kind but its a Chinese fake.

This Vape Store is the best ever!!! They always take their time to figure out exactly what flavor I want, and go the extra mile on fixing it if it is not what I wanted. What else is amazing is the customer service. They are always smiling and in a good mood, very attentive and caring. I love you guys!

Military Man has zero people skills, always hope I won't get him. When I do, he has a way of always talking down to me, and making me feel dumb. The store itself never restocks in a timely manner. Often have to change juice and flavor, because previous one is out of stock. Time to start looking for new store!
