I have bought way over sixty Hex-ohms from this company for personal use and never had a problem with any of the individual employees!! Meg and Dawn have been so helpful during the Holidays trying to get my shipments out in a timely matter..Due to Christmas and Showcases and everything else..The repair department is on point at all times!!! Free Lifetime Warranty, Just is amazing , no other company offers this...I bought mods back from 2014, yes I did say 2014 and they still are fixing them under Lifetime Warranty , It may take a little bit longer because they have to order different parts due to what the issue is!!! Great Job to the awesome staff at the warehouse which has way more then 2 employees...I live In this city and the company is the best know company all around the WORLD!!! If you want to buy a great product for a mod and want a lifetime Warranty make sure to check them out!!! I rarely go into the stores but every time I have been it has been a pleasure..

Selena has always been so helpful! Always answering any question I have and never getting frustrated with me. She has done nothing but bring good vibes to the store and improve the quality of the shop! She knows her stuff and is always confident in her work (which is reassuring) I have yet to meet another employee that can run the shop the way she does with such ease! She’s by far the biggest blessing I have seen come through the shop and I would be highly disappointed in ever seeing her leave. She’s gained a customer for life! Wherever Selena is, is the shop I plan to bring all my business too!

Update: Went in here to have them help me out with some configurations on the setup they sold me on... employee ended up breaking my tank and then on top of that they refused to replace the part or even help me out on a new one, just left me for dead... very rude on top of that. I have not been back and it has been about 2 years. Phoenix Vapor has been my home store and has a great staff that are very knowledgeable and friendly. Went to almost all the vapor stores in the Austin area and this one was last on my list it being right next to home. Walked into the store was met with friendly faces right off the back. I had done some research but the people at Craving Vapor explained everything thoroughly and put it in a manner where I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to getting more into the technology! EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE TO START!!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but issues since buying my mod and they will offer no help or support. I would only suggest going in here for entertainment purposes and to burn money. I'm completely dissatisfied with this experience and their staff. Bunch of cock gobblers.
