This location is great. However the store off Pioneer is a purse waste. Close that store and start with all new management team.

Clean comfortable cozy place good prices new items every time i go there and staff is very. Nice and knowledgeable and to take their time to explain everything and you let us try any kind of juice they have and they can mix for us any flavor that we request and we couldn't ask for everything better than that

They fill their premiums with their own nicotine and oftentimes it doesn’t come out tasting the best. I purchased their Sweet Teeth skittles flavor and with the nicotine addition it tasted like a hot dog. :/ Unfortunately they don’t offer refund or replacement so I’m out 25$.

Prices are good during happy hour. Had great customer service from Micah on my very first visit. My 2nd & 3rd visits I did not get friendly customer service by the other young ladies that work there . However the very polite young man with the colorful hair made up for it on my 3rd visit. Still debating on whether or not I will go back.

Just had two 50 Mill happy hour Customs mixed. I've been to the shop three times now and I have to say my favorite local shop in Arlington. You get two 50 mil for 20 bucks and let me just say, that my Blackberry lemon with low mint taste just like a Slurpee. Great customer service and a sweet lounge. I have been to two other local vape shops and these guys blow them out of the water for sure. On a side note I would like to not recommend White Horse Vape, I have them charging me 45 bucks for a 60 ml of cola man when I could get it for 20 online. These guys are awesome and a definite must see, check them out. P.S. my hands are huge.

This is the only shop we will ever go to, they mix their juices and always do a great job. Go see Tatiana, or "T" as we call her, we have seen her for 3 years and make it a point to go when she's working, they are friendly and great.

I got the new Joyetech Exceed a couple weeks back and it came with 2 coils, one of which was no good. I went last week to to buy more coils and the girl told me they would be in that weeks shipment. Well, they weren't. I called again and asked when they would be in and she (Cheyenne) said they wouldn't be in this week's shipment either and didn't know when they were going to be in, and that it wasn't her that didn't order them, it was her managers decision whether 'he wanted to order them or not.' So I spent money on a new device your store has, and I can't find coils anywhere. Not cool.
