I frequent this location and I've never had a bad visit ever. The staff has always been wonderful answering any question I had. The selection of juice, mods, and accessories is fantastic and quite large. I've been to quite a few vape stores and even after I move out of soddy I'll still choose to come to this location every time.

Beth was very friendly. I was having a VERY stressful day, she listened to me share about totally unrelated events that had me frustrated and fully rocked the customer service experience. I normally don't purchase e-liquid, but having just ran out and being out of town- it wasn't an option this time. She had knowledge of the products and I quickly felt like she was an "old friend". Went in to buy a new box and explained I was destroying my boxes from dropping them and the salesperson recommended a box they personally use and showed their own from where they had dropped it a few times themselves. They also rewrapped my batteries because the wrapping was coming apart and replaced some insulation on the batteries for FREE. I have always had great service and never been pressured in to buying something I didn't need/want. If I have any needs for vaping, I wait until I am going to be close to this store instead of visiting my local store in town (I live about 25 minutes away). I highly recommend this store for all your vaping needs. They also have a frequent buyer program where you earn points on every purchase that allows you to redeem the points for in store credit.

Best Vape Shop in town. Wonderful staff and the very best prices on all your vapor needs. Highly recommend stopping by any checking it out. Nice relaxed environment. Love this place.
