Absolutely awesome! Jason and Jeremy are both very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pretty new to vaping so they were very patient and answered my 3,000 questions. Never got frustrated and never made me feel like an inconvenience, instead it was a very fun and relaxing environment. Love this place and the employees, I'll be buying all my stuff from these guys from now on!

Stopped into this place after work. The guy running the sample bar, Jeremy, was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and suggested some awesome flavors. Awesome experience and awesome shop.

Was staying close to this vape store during a vacation with my family. Went in to get my dad a small vape because he is trying to quit cigarettes. We were in there for about 20 minutes, and I was explaining things to my dad while we waited. We picked a vape and juice out and were only spoken to when we need assistance getting vape juice. I asked the guy (totally forgot his name) what flavors they had and he told me to “calm down”. Honestly, if this wouldn’t have been for my dad, I would’ve left then. I was very friendly and not at all upset. We bought the vape and left. A day later we were having some issues so we (reluctantly) went back in. Luckily, the staff that was in there on our second trip was SUPER helpful. We were greeted at the door, our problem was solved, and we experienced amazing customer service. If I would’ve went in and gotten everything this day, I would’ve given them 5 stars!

Wish i could select a 10 star, cause i would, this vape shop has an awesome selection of mods an kits, new stuff that other vape shops seem to never get in stock, the staff is super friendly and no high pressure sales techniques, but they have such cool stuff, you cant leave without buying something, and also met the owner, great guy, enjoyed talking to him, cant say enough good things about these guys, they are my vape shop away from home,,,LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE, of this shop, 3rd time here, will be back everytime i visit Gatlinburg. Thanks so much Jeremy and Devan, you made my experience fun.
