Bob and his staff are the most attentive people in the world. There's no stupid questions, and they make you feel right at home. If they don't have a product you're looking for, they will point you in the right direction. I've been to vapor supply stores in 3 different states and in Canada and nothing beats Bobs level of service, all of his staff is supportive.
