My fiance had a pleasant experience when he went in to purchase a coil and tank glass. However, the gentleman behind the counter noticed that my fiancé's tank was leaking from the bottom. He tried to tell him it was a faulty tank. Turns out the new coil was faulty. Went back and asked for a replacement. They would not back their product. Very disappointed, even if it's just a coil.

I was only in Pigeon Forge for a day. I saw the shop off to the side and decided to drop by. They have a very nice selection of juices and devices. The people were very friendly and easy to talk too. If I'm ever back in town I'll definitely stop back by again.

Awesome place to get vape juice, they have a wide selection and will let you try whatever flavor your heart desires. Jeremy and Devon were the two guys that waited on us and they were so helpful. Definetly will be back!

We went to Gatlinburg for a family vacation and my vapor tank decided to quit, I tried everything to get it to work again, cleaned it, cleaned the batteries, replaced the coil and still nothing happened, I googled to find a vape shop and found the best. Brandon Ogle also tried everything to no avail so I ended up buying a new tank and I really like the color, the weight, it holds two batteries for a longer charge. Brandon saved me that day, I was almost ready to smoke one of my husbands, cigs after not smoking for almost 3 years. Customer service, quality of product in this store is excellent. Thanks again Brandon, you have a new friend from Kentucky

Went into the shop from out of town. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a girl I believe was named Sienna. Bright smile and found me exactly the flavor juice i was looking for! She was very helpful and helped me find the best set up I’ve probably had in a while! The limitless box and flacon tank that she picked out for me just can’t compare to my old TFV8 that i was running! We also ended up chit chatting for a few minutes and she made me feel like I was back at home and in my everyday vape shop. She’s very educated and up to date on the newest technology! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone passing by. And hey if you’re lucky enough maybe you get Sienna behind the desk!
