We’re from Wisconsin and were following GPS to another vape store when we passed by Newport Vapor and decided to stop there instead. Great decision!! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, had a good sense of humor, and the quick stop turned into a little bright moment in the day. She even had the charger my son needed for his Juule, something we didn’t think we’d find anywhere. Great little store with a nice selection!

I wasn't too impressed with this store. When I went in, they were too busy to help me with any questions, not to mention their juice is pretty pricey. Their really not too friendly. I did not like this store...oh FYI.... when u copy and paste this review to the other shop owners store reviews... you could at least be smart enough to use a different name than mine.. Oh also.. Lowretta... does have a W in it.. get some knowledge... thanks..

Best vapor store and the most welcoming. I have been to alot of different vapor stores and no one has ever taken the time to go the extra mile to make sure the product I purchase would be a great fit for my needs. Not only did she fix my current mode' s issue but also explained why I was having the issue to begin with. Never felt pressured to upgrade from my current unit and was given excellent customer service and local do's and don't s while visiting here in Tenn. This type of atmosphere is hard to find now a days thank you for showing me there are great people still around. Also great selection for all your vaping needs😁

I love this shop!! Jill is always the most friendly helpful shop owner to everyone that comes in. You should definitely hit this shop up! Her prices can't be beat!
