This is the only shop I go to. If you do DIY e-liquid, this place is PARADISE when you want to try something new without wasting money! It's also wonderful when I run out of nicotine to be able to mix up what I would be mixing up at home. This is the only place in the Boro I know of where you can do this. Everyone I've ever interacted with here has been very friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of devices and CAP/TFA flavors. Just wish you guys stocked FlavourArt!

Great place for vape stuff. The only thing I wish they kinda did, was to have it where you can try the non-house brand juices. Other than that, awesome place.

These guys are extremely helpful in all ways. Helping decide the equipment you need, finding the right juice, etc. If you're new to vaping I would definitely recommend Kaleidescope!

I came in one because my vape pen had died. They hooked me up with a new one, and they were happy to help answer all questions & give 1 on 1 help. Theie house blends are AWESOME! And always happy to change it up or have you find a new flavor. They also have some if the best customer service! Recommend for any beginners to advanced vapors!

I had came to TN to get away from hurricane Irma. The guy behind the counter couldn't have been any nicer. He was very helpful & polite. As we were talking, I told him I was from Florida trying to find shelter here to stay safe from the hurricane, without hesitation he offered me a 10% discount to help me out with some of my expenses. He absolutely did not have to do that but I was extremely grateful. There were reports of others price gouging for necessities like gas and water but it's nice to see others be kind in a time of distress. Thank you!

DO NOT BOTHER STOPPING! I bought a mod right before I went on vacation a tad over a month ago. I left the night I purchased it and ever since I purchased it the fire button is messed up... Well I just get back from vacation and take it back up there to see if there is anything they could do with it or possibly exchange it and nope he said they couldn't because it was a couple days past the 30 days and the owner Stacey he said couldn't send it back to the manufacturer. I'm a fan of supporting be local businesses but they just lost our business and their rep from word of mouth. Looking at their reviews they need all they can get. I spent $30 plus every week on coils at that place and I'll be taking my business back to the internet. I started coming here because it's closer to my house. I'll be driving across town to SAPPHIRE VAPOR again where they stand behind what they sell for as long as you have the product you purchased from them. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
