I have to agree with Ricky. I went in the shop and he was upfront and honest. It wasn’t a place that tried to “upsell” or talk you into something you don’t want. I enjoyed when he was up there and never felt that he was anything other then on the up and up. I have purchased 4 mods and several juices along with other items and 2 of the 4 mods have quit working and they all were purchased within 6 months. I completely understand the need to “markup” items to sell and I have always supported the local vape shops even if I could find the same mods cheaper online. I unfortunately will not revisit this shop other then to be refunded my purchase price of the defective mods. To charge 2-3 times more is straight robbery and it’s shops like this one that drive us fellow vapers away or give us a bad name when someone new walks in and leaves spending several hundred dollars on a “startup” and never goes back. Vapers are a unique community of people that need to stick together to warn others about these kinda shops.

I'm from Iowa and have been to vape shops all over the Midwest/ Eastern Tennessee. Vape Scape is hands down my all time favorite. Other shops could learn what customer service and satisfaction is all about from the accommodating staff that always makes me feel as if they genuinely care. Fantastic people. Thank you for making me feel right at home.
