Misty is very knowledgeable and explains things to where I can understand them. She helps you set up your vape and shows you how to operate it. She makes thoughtful recommendations on what would best fit your needs and doesn't try to empty your wallet. Outstanding service overall. A plethora of different vapes and juices to choose from. I'll only buy from this store!!!!!

Some employees are okay, but the company is so concerned with the federal laws, they have stopped being helpful. Every time I go in there, there is some issue. They don't sell single coils, you can't smell the juice, etc. You can't ever return juice, which I get but they don't even try to make it right. If I can't open the bottle, I can't smell it and don't know if I'll like it. I know it's a law, but they go too far...hiding behind fed law. Juice is overpriced and so are the coils. I go to a local vape store or buy online. Support small business!

So I'm pretty new to vape. I bought a smok v8 baby stick and needed a new cool. The guy was pretty much useless with giving me advice then hands me a 5 pack of 0.6 ohm coils. I later find out that is a terrible thing to use with my device so I tried to return the 21$ paper weight. The guys tell me it's not returnable because it's a tobacco product. A coil apparently is a damn tobacco product. Do not bother with this place the staff is careless and from what I've seen just plain rude. Chase the vape is like 2 miles away and a million times more helpful.

Great selection, great staff. Staff is very helpful in finding you exactly what you need for good prices and they have a huge option of house e-liquids. Store also has a rewards program which is nice. I've tried other locations of Vaporwize and this is the one I love most!

theyve made some changes and got rid of some people, and the quality of things I've found out is excellent and the employees are very freindly and professional better than any other shop I've seen
