Bought 100 bucks in a new mod, juice and batteries and 3 days later I try to charge it. Doesn't work. I took it to them along with my receipt in hopes they would either repair it or replace it. Old man looked at it for a minute and told me there was nothing they can do because I dont have the box it came in. The receipt was not enough. I've bought a lot of stuff from them. Never will again. Wouldn't honor a 3 day old sale because of some cardboard so they never have to worry about me coming back in.

The employees here are knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I have used a couple of other places but once I came here, I haven't gone anywhere else. They also have a good loyalty program.

This is my husbands and I’s favorite place to shop. Great selection of kits, mods and juices. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. Very nice speak easy vibe going on. Don’t pass up this little gem in Knoxville.
