Extremely helpful! I bought a Kangertech K-kiss and found that sub-ohm was a bit too harsh starting out. They helped me out and set me up with some 1.2 ohm coils. Got some new juice too, which they were very helpful with too. Not too pushy on the up-selling which is a very good thing! I will be back again and again!
