I needed new batteries and help about my leaking tank. I spoke with one of the employees and she grabbed me batteries rather quickly and I asked about the tank and she recommended me to buy one there. She said she uses this particular tank and she throws her mod on the bed, couch etc... and she never had a problem. Well that night I had 💯 percent charge, but the screen was dim. The next morning, my mod is wet, this tank is leaking and the batteries are drained and won't take a charge. I'm aggravated I have to go back so soon, but I need my mod to work for me

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with an inviting store. They're eager to help and always make sure you get the best deal for your dollar. People working at ACT do get a discount here, so I'd recommend it highly.

This store has changed a lot in the past 5 years. This was my first vape shop when I started vaping too. Now the prices have increased tremendously and the customer service isn't what it once was. They still want full prices for products that are almost 6 years old. Their audio fog juice line tastes good but it causes my coils to turn black within 1 day and they start flaking off into my wicks. They do have a wide range of products but they're way too overpriced. I feel like they're just here for the money now unfortunately.
