The staff here can easily be mistaken for customers who just happen to be sitting behind the counter. After walking into the store I was not greeted or even acknowledged. The prices on hardware are anywhere from 10% - 100% higher than other stores. Even their juice, which they make in house, is extremely expensive. As someone who makes their own juice I know how much it costs. And while flavor is very subjective, I was very disappointed in the flavor of their in house juices. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere (Laughing Kat) if you are shopping in the Tri-Cities area. My response to the owner's response: First of all, thank you for actually taking the time to respond. Second, I am impressed that you took the time to look through your records to see the last time I used my debit card. You are correct that it has been years since I have been in your store, but I am also in contact with other vapor users in this area. So while my review does reflect my personal experience, it also reflects other peoples (more recent) experiences as well. Stating that you have a 15% discount to "loyal" customers is rather laughable. Why would anyone become a "loyal" customer if they can get a better price elsewhere? I was not told that I would get a better price if I met some type of criteria. And 15% off of a price that is already inflated is not really a true 15% off is it? It cost's me $1.25 to make a very high end juice using the exact same flavor additives that are used by the biggest e-juice producers in the world. I do not consider $8 a good price point for juice that has no more quality control than I can do at home and can make for 700% less money. In fact, I can buy premade juice from reputable juice companies that is made meeting strict ISO standards for less than $8/30 mL, so I am not sure why you would proudly advertise that price. I will also point out that you did not address the extreme inflation of your hardware. I was not exaggerating the 100% higher prices of some hardware in your store compared to other local stores.

I'm 60 plus yrs old, female. Let me say every visit no matter who's working is so patient with me and so helpful. I've vape for over 5 yrs former smoker, yay!! The store in Elizabethton TN is where I shop and I live in NC. Stop by there even sit a spell and chat with the awesome people. Have a question? My husband and I will definitely be back. The young lady and Daniel were very nice, and informative. This shop has a large selection of vape pens, mod boxes and juices to select from. Can't wait to go back and get more items.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Usually have competitive prices. Of you get cheaper off the net however, shops beed to make their overhead. I like to support our local vape shops so the difference doesn't bother me. A great veriaty of equipment and juices to select from!
