Trey ( the guy that usually works nights) is a great guy always nice and helpful. The rest not so much. I have now taken my business to sapphire vapor they are so much more personable. Just an FYI to you guys some people have lives and just because they don't know every little detail about there vape doesn't make them stupid.

They have knowledgeable staff, tho they will be blunt with you, they will keep you from dying. Not the cheapest place in Cookeville but you get what you pay for? Want high end nice stuff that works? Go to plum. The chain vape stores sell cheap juice that are made by or partnered with the store. Plum and 2 others are through distros which means you get all kinds of different juice that is all quality tested by experienced vape enthusiasts.i only shop at 3 places to get products.

Sean Rowell & Trey Bond are awesome!!! They are extremely knowledgeable about vaping! They offer the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service out of every vape shop I've EVER been too! The store is very clean and well kept they have a HUGE selection of mods and juice! Plum Crazy Vapor in Cookevillle is the ONLY vape shop I will ever go to cause Sean & Trey treat you as a friend and a person instead of someone fresh off the street! They take the time and explain the difference between the mods and juice to people that are new to vaping and give them the best products that people need! I can't say enough how much I love Plum Crazy Vapor in Cookevillle
