Mary was very helpful in explaining how the products work and very patient at answering our questions. She was very friendly and explained how the loyalty program works. We will highly recommend this place and be back in the future.

Place was great and the staff were super friendly. Didn't kick me out even though it was getting close to closing times which is awesome. Plus they had Juul pods which rocked. I picked up a Mi-pod and some Mr. Salt-E while I was there too.

The house blends are good..huge selection..depends on Who's working as to what kind of knowledge youll receive, but always friendly!

I am a very regular customer at this location and I have never once been unsatisfied. If I bring them a device that has an issue, they brainstorm and troubleshoot until it's fixed. If they can't fix it, they always help me out and give me great advice on what to get next. If I can't afford to pay for a new device, they help me find the best way to contact the manufacturer. They genuinely care about my vaping experience and I personally believe they are not just after my money. They always have new and interesting juices and some of the best prices I've seen around Shelby County. It's a nice, cozy environment inside the shop, and it makes me feel at ease. It doesn't matter how upset I am, when I walk into this store, I am almost instantly cheered up. Wonderful place to shop, wonderful people behind the counter, all around a good time.
