Was very happy the first couple of times I was there but recently I have not been happy. Seems like I have been imposing on their break time. The enthusiasm I felt at first is gone. Lately there is a condescending attitude. I may not be as smart as you but don't treat me as stupid. Not happy. Customer satisfaction keeps you open. So far low scores from me. I have not been back for 2 months. May never go back.

Awhile back I had gone into e-cig crib to buy batteries for my vape i had just purchased online. I asked what kind of batteries I needed and the employee informed me of them and the price which was ridiculously expensive in the first place. Then he began to look at my vape and tell me all the things he didn’t like about it in a very condescending tone. He then began to talk to me like I was stupid and didn’t know anything about vaping which really did not sit well with me. I have not gone back there since due to the rude customer service I received.

I when in store to by a glass for my vapor and the owner of store said yes go get it I went to get it came back in store he said don't have them have to order some I been out a week I look on line and can get it shipped in 24 hr .he kept trying to sale me new tank I will never go back there again
