The quality of the products they sell is horrible. I purchased yet another charger as they are defective most of the time and after only 3 days this one wasn't working either. I took the time to drive all the way over during lunch to claim a replacement under the 30 day warrentty but was told it was just working fine which obviously it'snot . I am surprised that they rather lose a customer after 3 years than simply honoring their warrentty over something that sells for $6 and costs $0.25. I left the broken charger and will find another company that actually backs their products . This is not the first time they dive under the counter and tell you that you got it all wrong and they should not replace the defective item. They simply don't honor 30 day warranties .

Nothing beats the ecig of Charleston! Variety, helpfulness, taste tests, politeness! Absolutely love them. Except for the West Ashley Store. Rude not helpful, more about what seems like commission based ideology.
