We buy our vape batteries here. Not our liquid. They are ok quality.. a few times I have got home and they didn't work but they will replace it within a couple days. The guys here are very knowledgeable about their vapes

They only have so many good reviews from new vapors who don't know any better, that's all I ever see in the shop. The house flavors from here are AWFUL and flavorless. They barley put any concentrate in it to save money. And if you ask to PAY for more flavor they won't let you. 0/5 for customer service, dumb decision for management to make. They buy the concentrates in bulk it would cost them pennies to make more customers happy and they refuse. Waisted money on 3 bottles that I will throw away, trying to give them a chance since they're close by. Just go to Vapehalla in Clemson, they will fix your juice for FREE if you like strong flavors and they have BOGO free specials weekly. Vapehalla never told me "If you dont like the flavor it's on you." like they did. Trust me, you're better off going elsewhere. Edit: Even look at their condescending reply! Lol. No interest in making productive changes. The same attitude I got in the store "we have no interest in helping you even though you spent your money here" attitude. The FDA regulations card they love to play is BS that I haven't heard from literally any other shop and I've been to dozens. Flavor testing was not advertised on the menu and was never mentioned in the 30 min I was there trying to be patient about the crappy juice. Also note how they didn't deny anything I said... cause it's true. Vapehalla actually cares about customer loyalty/ retention and will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied, and will not be frigid condescending donkeys. They clearly have no business sense. They chose to lose any future sales over 2 pennies worth of concentrate, Lol I still can't believe that.
