Not really impressed with one certain employee ...every time I have been in the store I feel as though he is not interested in helping with any questions I have about the different vapes . Seems as though he he could care less if you make a purchase or not. I prefer a shop where the employees will at least answer your questions or give their opinions on certain vapes or tanks. I cannot say that all of the employees at this location are not helpful ... but if you have any questions or would like some input on your purchases then I highly suggest you not deal with the “manager” / “owner” . Much better results by the other employees. I spent like $140 in the store on my last visit and I go there all the time for my vape stuff. Not going back!!!

Very friendly staff that go out of their way to help. I love their reward system that gives points for every purchase that are redeemable for discounted e-liquid. It can be pricy here but that is to be expected with the products they are selling.

Horrible customer service from the owner himself, purchased a juice that was apparently their top seller but when I got home and put it in my mod it was so harsh I couldn't even vape it. Called to attempt to get a new bottle and was told they don't do returns and that nothing could be done. Then after writing a review on Facebook I was reached out to saying we can give you 10% off your next bottle. I don't recommend going here its worth it to make the 10 minute extra drive to Simpsonville and go to Vape Topia, they know how to treat customers and own up to their mistakes and make it right.

They do not support their products. If you buy from them make sure that you get a receipt. Being a long time customer means nother to the rude employee that I encountered. Ridiculous customer service!!

Been going to Mad Vapor for years, who would shop anywhere else ? They carry everything a person needs that vapes ,knows way more than I do and I've been vaping five-years now, Dave and his staff are always polite and professional and the most helpful than any vape store I've ever been in ! Thank you for your commitment to keep me away from the cigarettes with all of the newest vapor products available !
